I would not recommend this location. I bought a new phone & the associate didn't seem to want to work. I had to come back to get my contacts converted from my old phone to my new phone. The young lady who cashed me out didn't seem to know what she was doing and did the bare minimum. While she was suppose to be assisting me with converting my information (which they are trained for) she was trying to brush me off and out the door. Another associate was helping a customer and she kept trying to assist while clearly that customer was already in good hands. I am now spending 2 hours converting my address book into my new phone while I have also lost about 15 photographs because she couldn't figure it out and I can't get Bluetooth to work. I don't even know if I want T Mobile anymore since this phone gets terrible service and connection.

Man, five stars all day long! Everyone was extremely helpful and I couldn't have walked out of there any more appreciative, just a great experience all around. Hell, the one guy even let my buy him a replacement case to trade for his since they were out of stock and I really liked the case. I mean, where can you get that kinda service anywhere? Thanks again for everything!
Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful. Went in to check on transferring to sprint and now i am much better deal and better service
Small selection of phones. Much Better off going to the Mishawaka store.
