What should have been a quick trip turned in to a 90 minute one.
Avoid this location at all costs. Swapped to Verizon, had an issue with a sim card for my phone I was bringing over, and was instructed by Verizon to go to a physical store to be supplied a new one.nnThese guys sold me on the idea that 1) they don't have sim cards to hand out and 2) my phone was just not compatible so I would have to buy a brand new phone. So I did. With a $40 upgrade fee and a new monthly charge on my bill, I might add.nnTurns out after a 2 hour phone call with tech support that my old phone is completely compatible with VZ. Scammed and only a customer for 1 week... that is just sad.
