I go to this Dunkin’ pretty much every morning. I’ve never had a bad experience but today when my card was taking a while to go through, the employee called the machine the “r” word. I work with disabled people every day and I find this super offensive. Was very disappointed and offended to hear someone say that to me. Fix your vocabulary

I pre-ordered through the app this morning for a drive-thru pickup - I placed the order about 5 minutes before I got there. I got there at 7:40 am. I left the drive-thru with my latte and donut at 7:56. 16 minutes! I was late to work as a result. When I pulled up to the window they hadn’t even started making my coffee yet. Very disappointed. I can’t go back there if I have to risk being late to the office.

by far the absolute worst dunkin’ donuts i’ve ever been to. the employees do not care about their jobs or the customers. they make you wait 5-10 minutes at the drive thru before saying anything to you or taking your order, resulting in the line wrapping completely around the building. they intentionally mess up your order or say they are out of something just so they don’t have to make it. this place is poorly managed and needs to be shut down or they need to re-evaluate their employees. not to mention the rude customer service, they never tell you to have a good day or even hardly acknowledge you at the window. how embarrassing. don’t waste your time or money here, if i could give 0 stars, i would.
