Hey so uh... you came out to fix our forklift... and now it's like, not working at all... and you said you'd come pick it up yesterday... and it's still sitting here... kinda need this thing running again could ya help us out?
Have never been treated so poorlynIn my life. They do not care how long your equipment is down waiting for them tonFix it even if it is their mistake they are fixing. Two different faulty drive motors in less than a year. 3 wks now without even an update of what they’re going to do in order to make it right.
We catered food for their employees and they were all very nice people.
