I have been out of work with covid. I had explained this to the manager idk what his name is jordan or some j name. Saying ill make a payment but i wont be able to make full payment because i have to pay rent. Well not only do they not have a stop payment option from the website. They took out whole payment leaving me unable to pay my rent. I just want to thank the team here at rent a center for allowing me the opportunity to become homeless. I guess its more important that you get paid for the couch than it is for me to have a place for the couch. Just overall terrible company. I do not recommend them to anyone. Stay far far away from rent a center. They only care about getting paid not about the customers.

Never go to rent a center for anything. They are such a waste of money. They harass you non stop.
The staff here is on point. They were all very friendly and knowlegable. The manager JOSH was extremely understanding and made sure i got the best price for what i needed, while making sure i have affordable payments. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Awesome customer service! Also the inventory here is always nice and clean.. The store as well. Keep up the good work !!!
Love the manager Josh..the entire staff actually. Friendly funny and laid back. And their products are always on point.
