Excellent as always
it's always a gamble if you'll get your drink made right or not. there seems to be no consistency on how drinks are made and clearly minimal training and oversight to ensure it's done correctly. the manager, Jeremy I believe, is rude and unprofessional. he is very short with customers when he works the drive-thru and don't even think about addressing an issue with him because he could care less and will make it known through his behavior during your exchange. if it wasn't so close to work and convenient with the drive-thru I would've stopped coming ages ago....maybe it's time to start brewing at home ud83eudd14
So I went and took my niece and nephew after a schoolfor coffee one day last week. My drink was too much coconut, my nephews drink didn't have enough mint, and my nieces drink was frozen, not iced, and not enough flavor. There was a mess on the counter where the drinks come out. Whip cream was all over the counter and the lids there. My niece and I gone there once before and our drinks we're terrible but we thought we would try again.we will not, under any circumstances, be back to this nasty restaurant. The employees are not very knowledgeable about products either. Oh and charged full price for happy hour drinks? Definitely worth negative 5 stars!
