***UPDATE*** also found front passenger speaker not working, took door panel off and wiring was never made to speaker. At least new speaker was there. (all new speakers installed by them) owner harassed me for leaving bad review. Now he’s saying i purchased an amp? Well, theres no amp and maybe I was charged for one, also had to return to get the remote that installer left in the box. Told him i was just being honest. Quick to make a sale, once cash exchanges hands, little concern for following through. I feel overcharged at 1,000$ for a large screen stereo that video will not play on, was told they would fix it but never did. My volume control on steering wheel was disabled with no explanation. All in all i was not impressed. Not the same place, quality and service I remember 20 years ago. Then again nothing is.
Fast, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Quality subs, stereos accessories etc., low prices and awesome service. Best sound place in Santa Fe!! 👍🎶
