Absolutely awful experience and unfortunately it is not over yet. Received a call from the Little Rock terminal on 6-24-20am stating my package would be delivered 6-25-20 and that someone would call me when it left Little Rock. I stayed home waited received call at 4:00pm that package was “hung up somewhere” and it would not be delivered until 6-30-20. I called 6-30-20 and was told that it did not make it to Little Rock. I asked why and he said he did not know that was all he could see in the computer. Did not one time offer to find out why. He did give me the number to Memphis which I called. They were the most helpful stating it was scanned to the truck in Alexandria Indiana and should have been in Memphis 6-24-20. It was not on the truck when it arrived. Called Alexandria and asked to speak to a supervisor.The receptionist said they were in a closed door meeting. She would explain the situation to him and he would call me back. He never called. At 5pm I called and was told that it was not there, it was shipped to Memphis and never scanned in there. They don’t know what happened to it. I asked why they don’t know and was told the truck driver might possibly know but he did not come in until 12pm so no one could ask him. I asked if they could call him he indicated that they could but would not do it. Told me to call customer service during their normal business hours. I have been doing that for a week. Two days staying home to receive the package, contractor waiting to complete job, explained it is costing me daily. They do not care. The item weighs 53lbs. Terrible customer service, no one has a clue and no one cares! Every terminal blamed it on someone else but no one bothered to look for it themselves except the Memphis office.

I ordered a seat off of Ebay, and the seller shipped through R+L Carriers. The shipment arrived way before I was anticipating, and they gave me a hour heads up, which was nice since I had to meet them from work! The driver was also super friendly and professional.
