I had my eyebrows threaded and I also had eyelash extensions done. Typically the threading of my eyebrows is spot on however this time they were uneven and choppy not for the benefit of the doubt perhaps it’s because they are no longer using the threading in their mouth better around the neck so I let that one slide.nnOnce she started applying the eyelash extensions I told her that I want a dramatic look so I wanted to use two packs that I wanted them short this was done on a Friday afternoon and come Monday evening they were falling out. Upon further investigation I realize that for professional eyelash extensions to be applied it takes a minimum of an hour to an hour and a half mind you I had both my extensions done two packs each And my eyebrows threaded all within 40 minutes.nnIn the future I am going to search for a new place to get both the eyelash extensions and eyebrow threading done. I am willing to maintain and do whatever upkeep is necessary once I do find a professional place to apply my eyelash extensions as my primary goal is for my eyelashes to grow underneath longer and then ultimately not need the extensions.nnI personally felt that the two technicians that were in there both women quite frankly didn’t want to be in there and definitely weren’t interested and doing a professional job the majority of the time they spent talking in a language I did not understand.nn.Please do not waste your money or time at this location inside the Muncie Mall!

Had lashes put on, didn’t stay on 24 hours, had lashes put on again, didn’t stay on 24 hours ...went back, the lady working was rude, told me hot shower did it, she kept telling me this and got out a paper and said read.... no hot shower... omg ... poor quality and both times the lashes fell off as soon as I got up~nI have been going there since they opened~ I’ll never go back ~ rude, rude, rude!

(PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE) I went there a couple hours ago and asked for 1.5 lash extensions. She was going very fast, basically just throwing them on. Then eventually, she gave me a mirror. And I was horrified. They were crooked, and just sitting on the the top of my eye lids. My eyes proceeded to stick together, and I could barely see. I don’t understand how you can let someone leave your salon looking like that. The glue on top was the worst part, the lashes slanted downward, and the glue looked like tar all over my eye.

I went to get eyelash extension and 2 weeks later I went to get them taken off because they were stuck and they ripped my real eyelashes..if I were anyone I wouldn’t be going here u might have no eyelashes in the end. Wish I could put a pic I cryed because I had beautiful real lashes before this happened

I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded here a couple times and have always had a good experience and great results but after this time I will never go again. I had a new lady this time and one of my eyebrows looks pretty good but the other is so thin no arch and just so many gaps. I truly I don’t know what she was doing. Very disappointed and sad about my eyebrows. I wish I could post a photo
