Daniel was great- I was on the phone with Mac Support for 45 minutes with no solution.. I brought it to Daniel(my first time at AppleCore) and he tried a few things and had it working good as new in about 2 minutes! I would definitely recommend these guys! Nice too, and very professional.
I had a great experience with Daniel and the others at Apple Core. He checked out my 2013 iMac, and put in a new memory drive that makes it purr again. Fast, friendly, and responsible. He explained everything to me in clear terms. I will definitely come back again.
I have been bailed out by Daniel several times with my Mac. He is always kind and fair and delivers every time. The last time a couple of weeks ago was the most miraculous. I had spilled a drink on my laptop the night before while zooming with friends, and he was able to transfer the main frame to another MacBook Pro and I was on my way in no time. It was cost effective of coarse, but during this pandemic he may have saved my sanity!
This business is amazing. They explained all problems with my Mac Book Pro and all solutions prior to work with me. Answered all my questions in depth as i am not as computer literate as most. I thought the cost was most reasonable and would most definetely recommend this business for others.
