My storage got broken into, cut the lock, stole my stuff, place had no cameras aimed down the aisles.

Moved some furniture on a Sunday and most of the local storage facilities weren't open. The Riggin Road location has a self-service kiosk. Was able to get the unit, a lock, set a gate pass code and complete the transaction in less than 20 minutes. My receipt was printed off at the location and I received an email with all of the contract specifics. I was extremely happy with the selection of units as well as with the ease of renting the unit, the cleanliness of the kiosk and the overall facility. We are only renting short term but will definitely look at StayLock if we need more storage in the future.

For a storage facility it is alright. My items remain dry and relatively secure. Been a customer for a couple years and price has gone up four times. Not worth the money.

I've been using this facility for about a month now and so far, so great. I appreciate that the facility is in a safe part of town, very quiet. The kiosk is easy to use and the entire facility is very well-kept. I think the price is fair for the space, as well. (I am paying about $100/mo for a unit that could fit a 3-bedroom house, so that's great.) Very easy to access everything as well.

This self-service facility is clean and seems physically secure. There is a kiosk in an enclosed lobby where you can view available units and execute a rental contract. Working through the rental process took me about 30 minutes. Be aware that you will have to manually type in your personal information at the kiosk to rent a unit. The kiosk will also scan your driver's license. I placed a big padlock on my storage unit. I hope the management company is being just as careful with all of my personal information that was entered into the rental kiosk. Overall I had a pretty good experience.
