The people at the store are friendly enough, the prices reasonable, and the equipment is fairly new. I drove a 2019 Ford 250 Traveler Cargo Van which was in great shape and got excellent mileage. The only problem that I had was when calling the local number I did NOT talk to the people at the local store. Rather, it was a representative at a third-party call center and they quoted me a price WITHOUT the SafeMove insurance as I requested at the beginning of my telephone conversation. This IS the reason for my four star rating. Otherwise, everything was aboveboard. Get rid of the computer answering machine and replace it with a live person and give more accurate rate quotes would be my only two suggestions.
Hassle free rental pick-up and drop off service. The very friendly, knowledgeable and professional team members, made both the rental pickup and drop off service a piece of cake.nnThey even gave me a free lock for the vehicle door!nnConveniently located in an easy to locate area.
I didn't ever think I would be rating a U-Haul facility, but this place deserves 5 stars and more! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the truck was clean in the cab and back, and checking the truck back in was very easy and straight forward. I commend U-Haul for making use of an old, large space and parking lot. I want to stress again how nice everyone was that I dealt with.
