Here are the straight facts about my experience with Hardesty Moving:nNo exaggeration.nNo embellishment.nNo undisclosed agenda for personal gain.nnMy experience with (Ricky) Hardesty Moving Company was very positive in every aspect of quality professional service. Hardesty Moving distinguishes itself as a company based on a high standard work ethic.nn1. The week before delivery of a heavy exerciser, I received at least three courtesy phone calls from Hardesty Moving to keep me updated about the shipping details.n2. On delivery day, he arrived to my home 30 minutes early.n3. Hardesty Moving was subcontracted to install the heavy unit in my home. Because the unit arrived severly damaged, it was reloaded back onto the truck for return. Hardesty therefore received no payment.n4. He has kept in contact with me and has been advocating on my behalf to the California based company to accept responsibility for the damaged unit and refund my payment.nnHardesty Moving demonstrates solid integrity. I live out of state and my mother who is disabled needed help moving to an income based apartment. I called Hardesty Moving the day after Thanksgiving and spoke directly with the owner, Ricky, who was so accommodating and able to help with such short notice--move date was Dec 3. His crew showed up on time, moved my mother's few things efficiently and carefully, and the owner was even kind enough to drive my mother and her cat to her new place (she doesn't have a car). They even finished under the allotted time which saved me a few bucks. I was nervous about setting everything up and completing the transaction over the phone but everything went seamlessly. It was a pleasure working with Ricky and I'm grateful his crew was available to help. A huge weight off this daughter's shoulders! Thank you Hardesty Moving & Storage Corp!

Hired this company to relocate furniture from downstairs to upstairs. They were awesome. Very friendly, professional and careful with everything. Very patient with placing and then replacing pieces when they didn’t fit wher I originally wanted them. Would not hesitate to recommend them!

This move was the second time I have used Hardesty Moving & Storage. From the initial inquiry via phone, to the setting up the move, to the confirmation, and ultimately the end result all were professional, pleasant, friendly. Mr Caldwell stopped by my apt during the loading to say hello. The movers arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, loaded, drove to the new destination and unloaded within a reasonable time frame. The cost was what was quoted in the initial inquiry. I am very pleased with this company and if I ever move again, will call them first. Thank you Mr, Caldwell. MKD
