AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, totally do not recommend even getting sprint in the first place If I could give less than 1 star I would. If you are thinking of using sprint, DON'T!! :))

Just Lalalaove my team support on Cerrillos Road, The top notch Irving store Manager and his team know what Customer Service truly means!! Bianca sold me On Powerbeats Pro headphones and are INSANELY the BEST! I initially went in because my phone was not sending MMS and was reset and is working AMAZING! Thank you for their expertise and my beautiful experience with Sprint! Being so efficient, that they were able to help others at the same time, means everything to me!!

When you go to a cellphone store, you want knowledgeable and friendly staff and this store has it in spades. Great location.
I can't say enough of this establishment. The store associates are super friendly, super knowledgeable, and very professional!! They welcome everybody that walks into their store regardless of how busy they are and they're always smiling and warm in character no matter the amount of current business. Highly recommended if you have the need to deal with a Sprint rep.
