Nothing negative to say about rent a center in general, BUT the customer appreciation seriously LACKS at their Muncie location. You miss 1 payment & they practically beat your door down. Please take into consideration that I have paid off agreements and have a strong payment history with them for the last 6 or 7 months now.n1 rent a center employee actually attempted to open my door when I was not home, & let my dogs out.nI suggest getting what you want & paying online. Dealing with these people in person is the WORST. And always make sure your DOORS are locked, I’m lucky I got my dogs back after they were let out by a RAC employee, & I’m lucky my house was not robbed afterward.
