I've gone to these guys at least three different times, once for my phone, twice for my laptop. Everytime they've been extremely straightforward and honest, not to mention cheap. The cellphone was beyond repair and they knew it, so they told me if I really wanted they could try to fix it, but that they didn't want to waste my time and money like that. They explained to me exactly what was wrong and why it couldn't be fixed. With the laptop, I went after breaking the monitor and they told me it'd be $150, and that they would call me in case the part was more expensive than they thought. I came in prepared to pay at least $200 since that's what the internet said the average fair price was, and they beat it out by $50. When I got the laptop back, it worked for a while before the screen stopped again. I brought it back and they opened it up right then and there and told me which piece was busted. Apparently my cord between the laptop and the screen was held there by tape. They fixed it for FREE and told me I could bring it back anytime if it gave me problems again so they could replace the part if needed. These are my go to guys for any kind of repair in Muncie, amazing service and amazing prices.
