Covid measures not withstanding the sales force was sparse and the wait more than it should have been.

*edit* since the below review was posted over a year ago they've massively improved. Customer service is great now and the employees are attentive. (This is more an issue for corporate than the store- maybe stop moving everything around so frequently. Multiple times myself and your staff have had to search half the store for little odds and ends i need.) Customer service is mediocre at best. Every time I'm in an employee does approach me and ask if I need help, sometimes its after I've been there for 20 minutes. Meanwhile they always have 5-6 employees lounging around chatting with each other, ignoring customers.

I ordered a computer online for pickup at the Santa Fe store. There was some delay in having the computer ready on the day promised. I emailed the store for more specifics. An assistant sales manager promptly responded to my email and followed up the next day with two more replies keeping me up to date, even offering to FedEx the computer so that I didn't have to make the 3 hour round trip. I love the computer and really appreciated the top of the line customer service.

Nice store. They had what I needed in stock. The price was fair, and the staff was great!

I love best buy , but miss what it was in the early 2000s:(
