Concannon's Bakery Cafe

The bakery side is a favorite for my occasional napoleon. (I mean, where else am I going to get it?) I stop in twice a year or so for one. Admittedly I'm not very excited by donuts or other such pastries, but my family loves them and always has.nnI do have to concur with others who mentioned the quality of their goods has declined slightly over the years. My parents took me here as a child and I just remember it being so much better... Perhaps it was just a child's excitement..?nnThe deli side is primarily slapdash wraps and sandwiches serves alongside chips. (At all my visits anyway.) It's a touch on the pricey side for what you get.nnI can't recall any of the staff ever having been rude to me. They always seem friendly enough and laugh politely at my jokes.

O stopped in to grab treats to take home to my family, 3 hours away. There was such a variety of baked goods, candies, cookies and more, it was hard to decide. Lovely bakery with an eat on area. The staff was helpful, friendly, and patient as I asked questions. Will definitely return when I'm back in this area!

Food was good, nothing special, a little pricey for the portions.nMet a friend there but I wouldn't go back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My taco salad was excellent and the tortilla bowl was crisp and fresh. We followed our lunch with a trip over to the bakery side of the building. We had some of the best pumpkin donuts I have ever had. Picked out an assortment to take home and every one of them was outstanding. Jordan V. was very helpful with our choices. Whenever we come to Muncie, this will be a must!

This place use to be top notch. My last visit stood in line for over twenty minutes. Seemed like product is not as fresh as in the past. They definitely need more staff at peak times,or get the girls to talk less to each other.
