called for a week or 2 trying to see if they could fix a problem that required another amd chip in the end to diagnose, which according to ron they dont carry. Ok Then jason would supposed to be calling me back. I call in ron tells me jason will call you back. days go by no call. I finally drop pc off. 3 days go by with no call from jason even asking what the problem is ron writes call owner on work order. I left without ron giving me a receipt or any kind of service order saying yes my computer is here at everything computers llc delphi indiana. I call an hour and a half before they close friday ask if jason is there hes on a service call. Its always service call with these guys.nNow I call this guy ron to make sure they will be open so i can pick my pc friday and take it elsewhere because i found another place to go.nJason then calls me after that phone call. Whats the problem did we do something to make you mad? I said jason ive been trying to get a hold of you for 2 weeks ron tells me you will call me back. He goes I never got the calls so i dont know what you mean. I said thats between you and ron jason im picking up my pc ill take it somewhere else. he says ok and hangs up the phone. I get there and ron has it up front for me to take out of there like here you go we dont want it in here. So he said have a good day or something like that. I replied Yea thanks for nothing as i walked to my car.nDo not reccomend.

They aren't there half the time and they are swamped to the point it took me 3 months to get my computer fixed

I took my laptop there for some preventative maintenance and although something messed up the motherboard, the Technician has done everything in his power to make up for it!
