My twenty-year-old white bedroom carpet was somewhat the worst for wear. However, I was slow to replace it because I feared the disruption that replacement would cause. Also, I was somewhat intimidated by the complexities of selecting a new carpet. I visited Raby Home solutions in Santa Fe, NM and was greeted by Sales Associate Sarah Fink. I explained to Sarah what I needed and that I wanted to get a white Karastan carpet. She quickly pulled out a couple of samples that I took home with me. Sarah also explained in great detail the advantages and disadvantages of different types of Karastan carpets and we even discussed the padding in detail. After that Sarah came to my home and measured carefully explaining exactly where the seams would be located. I ordered the carpet finally choosing the first carpet Sarah had recommended after I had looked at multiple other options. Sarah showed a deep personal interest that continued throughout the purchase process and while the new carpet was on order. She is very patient, sympathetic and understanding and i enjoyed working with her. The installation went far better than I expected. Although it was very onerous for me to remove all fragile items from the room, the two installers headed by Alan Figueroa moved all the heavy items and treated my furniture with great respect. They did an excellent installation so that the seams are hardly apparent. In conclusion, i could not be happier with my new carpet and the excellent service I got from this company. I strongly recommend them if you need to navigate the complex world of fine carpets and need a good installation.

We needed new flooring for our 90+ year old mom. We looked everywhere and at every flooring possibility. This place hands down had the best service: friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Our salesperson was Rachel (amazing) and everyone happily pitched in if we dropped in on Rachel's day off. We hired a professional decorator which we liked yet we found Rachel's free apartment walk through VERY helpful and had a positive affect on material selection and installation.

Great place good people

They have much better prices than their neighbors next door. I went from Raby's and check out the prices next door and they were much higher. The same exact tiles. the lady at Raby's was nicer and more helpful too.

I have been interacting with Raby's for the past ~3 months to make sure I get just what I'm looking for at a reasonable price for my home upgrades. I have no complaints about the knowledge and customer service I have received. Staff has gone out of their way to come to my house, hear my ideas, and offer me solutions. I've only gotten a Quartz countertop for my bathroom so far, but now I have my floors ordered from Raby's. I cant wait to see the end result! The picture I included was immediately after the install of the countertop. I'll add more photos as the project progresses.
