Straight to the point and honest. I used the storage unit for short term and had no issues. Roye is usually just a phone call away and if not, is prompt to return your call. Definitely recommend.
Mr. Gaha was great to rent from! He was always kind to work with and explained everything perfectly. I kept my things in storage for two years while I was deployed and nothing was damaged from any leaks or weather. Highly recommend this storage unit!
I've never had any problems. 100% satisfied.
My furniture molded in this unit. All that was stored here was a couch, loveseat and a refrigerator. Now its covered in a spotty, black, powdery mess. Have another unit at a different facility across town that's packed full but nothing in it has molded and have had both units the same amount of time. The difference is the Storage 1 unit has a metal roof and cement dividing walls and the good facility across town (that hasnt molded) has wooden dividing walls and a real roof with shingles. Plus, its waaay more money for much less space at the moldy facility. Basically paid a lot to slowly destroy my furniture when the whole point was to avoid having to throw it away to begin with. Would never use this place again, live and learn.
