Horrible customer service--I had to initiate the inquiry as to why the blinds took double the waiting period. That in itself was a feat-no one answers the phone. A delivery date was scheduled, and when I called to confirm the day before (no phone call from them), they attempted to cancel the established install date scheduled at least 3 weeks earlier. Incredible.
This blind was so expensive, and then the whole process took close to three months and still not completed; first never during the pandemic did they keep me abreast if the order has been made, or due to the pandemic we cannot install etc. If you use this company you have to initiate all calls! When blind finally delivered wrong color, then new blind delivered a couple weeks later, and it falls down the same day installed (Friday) FRONT WINDOW NO COVERING. Called again did not return call or email, now they’re closed until Tuesday so no window covering for who knows how long!!! If you’re going to invest this kind of money find someone else.
I just loved the quality and service that I received from Linson's.
Their huge selection was of exceptional quality and their design knowledge was excellent.
The final products exceeded my expectations except for one item.
I was very pleased that when I was unhappy with the design of one of the items that Linson's happily reworked this item for me.
I highly recommend Linson's and will definitely use their services again..
Lupie was wonderful to work with, very professional and very helpful. The store...not so much. Over the course of 3 days, I called the store, left 4 messages, none were returned. I'm going to do more windows but will be using a different company.
