Beautiful store. Customer service etiquette: 0/5. Be nice to people, be friendly, be warm, be inviting. Cashier kids were less than friendly, rather reticent and upturned. Wanted to buy furniture here, changed my mind. You never know who’s in your store.
This store has amazing inventory. But the items were so crowded in it was like squeezing through mazes. One very beautiful blonde employee did at least ask how I was doing. But despite the amount of employees working there, not one asked if I needed help. Which I did. If I go into a business during covid, it's for a reason. No customer service at this consignment store. For that reason alone, I probably won't go back.
Whatever you are searching for you will most likely find it here!! A very fine collection of unique pieces at great prices. I am adding pieces to a recently purchased home and am grateful to have found such a treasure filled store with an exceptional staff.
The Raven is a fabulous consignment shop. There is things for everyone's taste, but while it is very beautiful it is very hard to maneuver there is lots of stuff stacked everywhere. There are many gems that you can see just with a plane eye, however you really have to search for some things also because it is so crowded.
