I highly recommend University Moving! They were very responsive from the beginning to the end of my move from Indiana to Texas. The driver, Steve, was friendly and professional and the team of movers worked so hard. I was very impressed with the prompt attention I received from Julie in the office as well. I felt very comfortable with the whole team. This whole team gets 5 stars from me.

Three very nice guys worked hard and moved some large, heavy items. If you need good movers give them a call!

I had the most pleasant experience utilizing your services. I had a long distance relocation from the Midwest to the West Coast. Donna was my original point of contact and she surveyed my items thoroughly to give me the best estimate possible. I didn’t understand why she was asking if every little item was going or staying. Donna went above and beyond and dropped off FREE extra boxes to MY HOME so that I can pack me belongings. I’m not sure any other place would’ve done that willingly. It wasn’t a request or an expectation on my behalf. I met Julie over the phone and I was having a melt down because I was thinking I had to many boxes and they wouldn’t fit in the truck or that my price was going to be way off. Julie assured me that everything was going to be fine and that they guys who showed up was also there to help. My driver Brian was warm and friendly upon our first hello. He went through the house tagging my items, explaining processes and making me feel comfortable and that my things were in great hands. Brian communicated his projected arrival time to my new home, called me a day before with confirmation. My home was packed, my televisions were packed safely and securely, my items were covered gently, my tables, beds, theater seating all dismantled and then my home was put together the way I requested when they unloaded me to my new home. I wish I could’ve gifted Brian more because his services exceeded my expectations. I thank Donna for being realistic and down to Earth. If it wasn’t for Donna I’m not sure I would’ve had the outcome I did. Julie is a problem solver and she gets it done fast. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I will always share my story about how smoothly it went to move across the country because of the team work and awesome personalities.

Donna provided a quote a year ago that was $3400. She claimed this was in peak season with summer rates. This year, she refuse to do an in-home estimate (yet after my appointed time she was going to an in-person estimate and cut mine short???) and she estimated $4200 (for the same amount of contents) and she claimed they were not doing summer rates this year. The only schedule she would allow included packing and loading all in the same day with a delivery 3 states away the next morning. Aren't there laws about how long drivers can work? How is this even allowed? I was told this was their problem; not mine. She created additional stress on me working with the movers all day then driving 6.5 hours at night to meet them the next day? I don't even understand this mentality. I just don't even know how to put into words any better how she tried to take advantage of me and the additional stress she added to an already stressful situation.
