I can't say enough good things about Roby's. I recently purchased two bookshelves and a double chair. Amanda in the store was so helpful and friendly. Then, the delivery team, which included Jeremiah Coltin, was amazing!! So very nice. Prompt arrival. Placed my items exactly where I wanted them, no muss, no fuss. We recently moved from Arizona to Oregon and needed to buy living room furniture. We went shopping to Roby's Furniture in Lincoln City and found a set we loved. Not only were the staff amazing, helpful and not pushy; the two young gentlemen, Coltin and Jeremiah, who delivered the furniture were awesome. They were so careful as they brought the furniture in, and very polite and courteous. We would definitely recommend Roby's!! Rock Star service and Rock Star delivery! Thanks!
We received our second delivery, a new refrigerator, from Roby's in Lincoln City a few days ago and are once again totally happy with the result. Chad an Colton delivered our appliances both times, and Mandy helped us on the sales end of both purchases. From looking at options to the final delivery, all aspects of our experiences were great. No sales pressure at all, just help, advice and an empathetic attitude toward us as customers. Mandy tracked down the appliances we needed in both cases, and Chad and Colton delivered and installed our purchases with care for both the purchases and our home. All the other folks in the store were friendly and helpful as well. We have very quickly come to love this place and the people we've worked with. We will certainly be back, and are true fans!
August 20, 2020 I had the pleasure of having Coltin and Jeremiah delivernmy couch and glider. They were right on schedule and completed the work in a timely manner.nAfter placing the new furniture where I wanted they moved the other furniture to my home office quickly.nnGreat employees.nnThank you.
Mandy was outstanding. I purchased multiple items. She made sure all items where correct.nHolding each piece until all come in. Will be back to purchase more items. I’m furnishing a 2800 sq ft home. Thank you!
