I have been going here for years. Everytime I go it is always the same guy with glasses there he has always been great I never leave unsatisfied!! I won't go to another location because of his great service!

Really didn’t even want to waste my time on a complaint since my experience had me very upset and took enough of my positive energy away but maybe if I express my disappoint in your location I can let it go. First time we signed up with Metro we signed up at the Wells street location very good experience. All other new phones we went to the 5808 West Jefferson Blvd. location, which is now closed. All the times we went to get new phone great experience with sales reps at West Jefferson Blvd. location. If a rep was new and had a question he would call and get the answer and explain he was new and thanks you for your patience.nLast Friday (May 3, 2019) I finally decided to upgrade my phone. Went to Broadway location, two very nice young girls explaining phones. Out of stock on K30 at that location. Nice sales lady called and inventory at Wells Street location. We left and went straight there and the sales rep had left and went shopping for store cleaning supplies. We waited no big deal.nPurchased k30 phone. I asked questions on my email since Jefferson Blvd. sales reps set me all up combining my gmail and yahoo mail up together. I am 50 years old and not the savviest on new gadgets and phones like the new generation. Your sales rep Tyler said to me how in today’s world people are ignorant if they cannot set up their phones with the technogly have using google to look everything up. I asked him if he called me ignorant he said no just saying everything is at your fingertips in today’s world. If I had not purchased this phone I would have taken my business to another location. We are pleased with you reasonable phone service. The only thing Tyler did was my email and move some of my pictures over. I went home and figured out most of my stuff and moved the pictures over he said he did but didn’t myself since I was told I was ignorant. A new customer in your store was wanting to purchase a phone and tried to change the subject by saying how was the game last night and Tyler said no one is interested in sports here. This new young customer could feel the tension in the store and tried to make a positive conversation.nYour store was busy with customers coming in wanting to make payments. Your location needs another sales rep. It is very clear to be too much for one person on a Friday afternoon to handle the clientele coming in. Your sales Rep Tyler only wants to make a sale and NO customer service. I will never walk foot in the Wells street location. Rude to most people making payments. Still in shock that the way I was spoken to purchasing new equipment. I am sure Tyler would not be happy if someone he was close to like his mom or sister was spoken to the way he spoke to me. Very disrespectful. Not good customer service. Not educated on equipment he is selling. Does not want to be helpful.
