I don't plan on using them again when you call and ask questions this MICHAEL guy has a smart response which is very unprofessional and didn't answer the question correctly which shows he wasn't listening to begin with the employee who helped me in January 2020 doesn't seem to be there and the customer service isn't up to par
I rented a reefer truck from them and I have no complaints about the employees, they were very nice and courteous but i do have an issue with not being told about the insurance charge up front and the charge for diesel fuel was 6.00 a gal., which is outrageous considering the price of it right now is considerably lower than normal because of the pandemic.
Always go penske even if you pay extra. I have used them multiple times in the last 4 yrs including 2 long cross country moves and i have another rental for a one way cross state move next month. I did use uhual recently to save a few bucks for a local move and storge and because they were fairly sold out for a last minute truck on Memorial day weekend. I wish i hadn't. Between penske and uhual penske wins hands down, they are faster and more professional on check out and check in, their trucks always seem to be in great condition, the trucks also seem to drive better.
My company is doing work here and everyone has been very helpful and considerate!
Nate did a fantastic job helping on my rental. I changed the order 3 times in one hour and and Nate went above and beyond to make sure I ended up with the equipment I needed. If you need to rent a truck---this is the place to go. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!! I would give 10 stars if I could.
