This is the 3rd time I've used U-Pak, moving back and forth between Colorado and Indiana. It's always been flawless. Everyone I have spoken with throughout the process, has been knowledgeable and friendly.

I moved from California to Indiana. Paid for the 3 day guarantee to get my stuff on time. I even got an email saying that if they picked it up that Friday, they could guarantee delivery by the next Wednesday. My container wasn't picked up on Friday. We called them all day Saturday and no answer. Finally got an answer on Sunday and it was picked up Sunday. They then told me it won't be getting their until the following Wednesday now so my container is a week late. Told me they would refund me for the guarantee as well as some compensation and I have seen nothing from them yet.nnOnly plus side of this was the price was cheaper than most places.

Quick, easy, painless way to move and done 100% online. I hire local movers to help me pack and load/unload at each destination so I do very little moving myself, except I pack my own boxes and provide my own moving blankets and straps. You can save thousands of dollars and have more control when your belongings are shipped/delivered.

We have used U-PACK for three moves and each time I am so impressed by this company. From the ordering process to the drivers to whoever answers the phone when you call, I have always spoke to professional, helpful and courteous employees. I actually asked a couple of them how ABF hires their people because they sure get some good ones. Very impressive.
