I used the website to request a quote then called the number they sent me via email twice leaving a message both times and they never called back. (I provided all requested information including my phone number.)nnSomeone from PODS responded to my review suggesting I call them, a third time. My name is clearly spelled out here, good customer service would suggest attempting to resolve the issue that was clearly stated. If the reason for my poor rating is because I have already called twice without a call back it then might be good to use the information available (my name to find my quote request) and call me.

Used a pod to pack and store while our house was being built. When requesting the pod dropped off at our new house we were only showing the ability to be dropped off 2 weeks later. Got a call from the manager of the local pods location that he would make sure to get us delivered the day we wanted! Great customer service from the local Ft Wayne location!!

I tried to schedule my pickup to take my POD to my next home 7 days in advance, and there isn't any availability for over 14 days! I lose posession of my current home in 5 days. I have called 2 times and can't reach the local office, only the Florida office. I keep getting told to talk to the local office and keep checking the calendar for openings. I need my POD moved in 3 to 5 days now. I keep checking the POD site to see if any openings come up, but nothing. At this rate I will be emptying the POD before they can move it, and POD can move an empty POD back to their warehouse. I think they need to be hiring more drivers!

Every time we try to talk to someone at local office, the call gets routed somewhere else. Today it was Florida. We need this POD out of our driveway, and not in 2 weeks.

They make it so easy and i changed my pick up day 3 times and there was no charge it just makes sense to get a pod instead of a storage unit and truck to haul and load up and unload everrything twice it just makes sense
