Broker alert: Booked a load through Rick. Loading went fine, was there by appointment time and out within 45 minutes. Delivery is another matter!! 5AM appointment backed into door right away 3.5 hours later still have not started on me yet. Lady in office here at the delivery says I am next but has been saying that for 1.5 hours now. Have tried to get in touch with broker quite a few times but always got his voicemail. Finally got a supervisor on the line. Detention pay: 2 hours free, $30/hour after that. Get paid before coming here and charge any detention that you think you will have before hand.nnEDIT: Update, got an email from the broker and called him and had a very amicable conversation. Originally I gave 1 star review because I was upset at the detention rate and not getting my phone calls answered. I have updated my star review because of our conversation. We have come to agreement that is beneficial to both parties and we have agreed to continue to do business in the future together under our mutual agreement.
Good company to work for I really enjoyed my time with driving for these guys
the worst company I've ever dealt with. Not answering calls ever. Had the worst experience with Ryan O'Dea and Rick Walker. If anyone is even reading these reviews before booking a load with them, do NOT book anything with this company, they give you wrong appointment, do not answer phone calls and do not even try to fix the issue. You are on your own if you face any problems with their load.

I got a load from them the shipper is taking too long I tried to contact email and phone no response please stay away waste of time and money
