I am a first-time renter, and am pleased with how Quick & easy it was to get a unit. Personnel has been friendly & helpful when I had questions or needed help. Very happy with my experience!
When I made my reservation the monthly rate for a 10 x 15 unit was $20 for the current special. When I went to pay for it I was told it was $20 +$19.99 for a move-in fee that I was not told about. I was then told that I talked to a third-party vendor and that they could waive the $19.99 move-in fee however the rate was $35 a month instead of $20 and the following months rent would be $39. Reserving the unit was easy enough however the price quotes were way off. The unit is clean and dry.
Appreciate the ease of online reservations and pay. Also like the security availability.
Fast, Friendly, CLEAN and the Blue lights on the building at night is the Cherry on top! I love it. Best storage facility I have used so far.
