Worked with this broker for over year. Finally, this time they massed up with my BOLs. Now, for 2 weeks trying to get my money $8K. They try to dump me without paying. Broker which might have financial problems. Be aware, they can dump you too.
***BE AWARE***nnUnethical broker, State on a load to complete for an extra 3 days and the broker compensated us 0 for our efforts. Didn't even go to their customer and ask for extra detention time or layover time for our efforts. The worst broker I've ever encountered in my 28 years in trucking!!!nn***BE AWARE***
.. I am a carrier After I delivered load I Send paperwork to billing !!! Got confirmation email from them they received !! On a pay day I called them I didn’t get my ACH payment for load lady from billing told me they never received BOL and my invoice !! She said she will expedite for us since they have issue on their side .. well she didn’t ! Update showing my payment status be next month so it will be paid after 60 days !nVery bad billing accounting servise BE aware . ud83dude44
The worst unethical broker to haul for. They will constantly lie to you stating their communicating with their customer. Which in fact they are not. They tell you one thing and their customer something else. They are not to be trusted they will screw you over and not pay you for your time or efforts. Be aware!!!!!!
Called to book a load on 08/02 at 10:58 am central time. Load was from Modesto CA to Norfolk VA. the guy who picked up the phone didn't want to give me his name, just asked to send him an email with all the info of my company and that he will send me rate con in an hour. Waited over 6 hours, called multiple times, no answer, sent 4 emails, no answer. And when I called their office, the after hours guy first said his name was Matt, was extremely rude, didn't want to help, told me that I have to get in touch with whom I spoke to first and that i shouldn't waist his time and hung up on me. When I called back, he used inappropriate language, cussed me out, and hung up on me again. When I called the third time, he said his name was Zach, and again cussed me out. So BEWARE, one lied to me, and the second guy who has issues, because he can only cuss women out.
