Me and my wife was there to get price on unlimited plan and I had very bad experience. Employee with long beard and tattoos on body was rude and unprofessional. I don’t know how he even got this position. When I asked him about plans and their prices he started questioning me with very bad tone. I did not like his approach. My wife and I decide to leave and go to different Verizon store. We don’t recommend this place.
Kailey Lytle was amazing! She helped me with everything I needed and was so kind hearted. She was very professional and polite with me and very Patient with me! GO TO KAILEY!!!

I got off the phone with Verizon customer service, about information when porting over my phone numbers, and I wanted to call the store and inform them, about what I found. The representative who answered, repeated things, would not let me explain, and then hung up. I am beyond irritated, and far from pleased with this store.
Wow. The service here was great. Everyone was friendly and professional. Not only did they fix every issue I had but took the time to explain options and different things that our new phones did. I really appreciated the effort. Thanks!
