We went in on a busy Sunday afternoon looking for a new Xbox One power supply. Even though the checkout lines were really long, one of the employees noticed we needed help quickly, and found us the right power supply. He made sure to verify it was the correct version and was easy to work with. I also got a beautiful new poster for only $10. Great customer experience!
Just bought a PS4 doesn’t even work, 300 dollars and it won’t even start up. They sell junk without consideration if it works or not. I live an hour away now have to drive back to return something that if they had just tried to turn it on would see it doesn’t work. I won’t ever give this business my money again.

I like this place for the selection, however, the line is always horrible. Trying to flag someone down to help you is almost impossible. If they had more employees working and reduce the time you are waiting in line then this would be a 5 star place.
Always an awesome experience! They always have the same deal buy 5 get the 6th one, whether it's a game or a movie you get some item FREE. They also buyback and take trade-ins for electronics, games, movies and give you either cash or store credit, you choose. The bonus is they're open every day of the week. Just make sure if you have kids, you take your ID in with you because they're going to need that to process the sell. For the record, their games are cheaper than GameStop and their trade-in value is higher as well.
