The technician (Joshua) was very polite, hard working, explain us to the dot everything, took his time to explain and demonstrate the system so we can know everything about that system and how it works, went over and explained everything on the contract, explained what do we go from there. was open to questions and answers, did not get bother with the million questions asked. If we in the future will have a problem with the system I would love to have him as a technician.

Our technician was awesome! He spent 3.5 hours with us and made us feel so comfortable the entire time!! He was a retired police K9 officer and showed us the best devices to get as well as most common entries of a break in. He did such a great job explaining everything and did not hold anything back. When it came down to payment, he worked with us to get everything in our budget, which was so nice!!

Our service was great. They were right on time. They advised us on what they would suggest. The only thing was/is that they promised us 2 key fobs and we have not yet received them. If we can get the key fobs we were promised, I'd give them %100.

Our tech as very professional, thorough and friendly. He explained the options with no pressure to buy. My wife and I feel safe and secure with our new ADT products and service. The only negative was a glich with the payment method which resulted in duplicate billing. My experience with other companies when a credit is due requires weeks to process. While the charge was instantaneous. I hope that will not be the case with ADT.

From ordering to a service representative coming out to complete my service has been a very positive experience.All have knowledge were very quick with answering all of my questions .Service tech that came to my new home made me feel safe in it .With having issue of old owner coming back and stalking me .I had a ADT rep on the phone when I was going to enter my house and this man was across the street ,ADT stayed on the phone with me from entering my home to leaving has a great feeling of security in my home plus I'm feeling safe someone is there when I'm alone .
