Quick check out by using phone app. Don't have to wait in line. Best place to get the big bunch of fresh flowers at the reasonable price. Like to find the items that I couldn't find any place else.

I get an offer through MyPoints to get a Sam's membership and they will give me a $45 gift card. So we take that gift card and that membership information into Sam's, and the girl that helped us told us that if we fill out for a credit card and we will also get a $45 statement credit that we can use together and get $90 off our bill. Sounds great. We get to the checkout and they told us, no you can't use them together. So we put it all on the credit card and yes I did get a $45 statement credit. I go back on another visit with the gift card that they told me that was good. I had $300 in my cart and they tell me that this gift card has a zero balance and that now I have to call some number and have them reload it. This is after I was guaranteed that the gift card was good from the previous visit because they wouldn't let me use them together. I have had nothing but problems every time I have shopped at Sam's within the past two months. I am never shopping at here again. Don't buy gift cards don't purchase your memberships online They don't honor them.

Found what I needed. Wish their were more organic and gluten free options. The greeter was apparently more interested in having a conversation with someone she knew then engaging in conversation with me. Not good customer service.

I've been going to this Sam's for decades, and the staff here are always helpful and friendly. Angie, in the pharmacy helped me with my prescriptions a couple weeks ago, and yesterday when an item wouldn't scan, a couple of staff helped me with the problem quickly.nnI noticed the conversation between the young gal at customer service and the lady in line in front of me. The young gal was quite patient, understanding, and reassuring with the lady's return of some slippers that didn't fit.nnIn all the time I've been going to this store, I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff, and honestly, I can be somewhat pesky at times.nnI have never met a manager here, but obviously they do a fine job hiring good people and training them well to have such professional, helpful, quality staff in every area of the store and gas station.

I understand people are under stress. The should make sure they keep stock in at all timesnThat is why I pay a membership. If not I going to cancel and go to Amazon or other places. I may j ave a better chance
