Amazing service! Elizabeth and Crystal were great to work with! My order ahead order got mixed up. They were understanding and compensated me generously with some cookies for the hassle. Thank you Cookie Cottage for being a fabulous local favorite!!

I’ve been going to Cookie Cottage since they were located on West State St. but today’s visit will be my last visit. I cannot believe how rude the ‘associate’ at the counter was. I know all to well about the no talking on your phone while ordering rule, but before I could even get to the counter, the ‘associate’ was tapping on the sign and telling me to get off my phone like she birthed me! It INSTANTLY rubbed me the wrong way! Before I said some unkind words, I simply walked out. I was there to place a pretty hefty order and I just needed a little help from the person I was on the phone with. I was NOT at the counter yet & NOT ready to order. Respect goes along way & as a LONG TIME LOYAL CUSTOMER, I felt VERY disrespected by her tapping on that sign and her tone while speaking to me. The customer service field is not for everyone and I would suggest for the ‘associate’ to start looking for a different career because I’m sure I’m not the only person that has been offended by her rudeness and I’m sure I will not be the last. No more Cookie Cottage for me.

Love their cookies. However, if you need them delivered, your better off doing it yourself. $12.00 for a dozen cookies for delivery is crazy. That's more than a pizza or any other food out there. And it was being delivered probably less than 3 miles away. And the delivery time it arrived was useless. It was the end of the day and nobody got to enjoy them until the next day. So much for fresh cookies.

I would give it a five star if I had better service. The girl seemed annoyed by me having a larger order, but when I attempted to order online twice the website was down. She was pretty rude to be blunt. Cookies will always be the best in town. Also too much plastic use.
