I had an issue with a product made by CK Products. I called their customer service department and spoke to a wonderful representative who took my number and promised a prompt response. Not only did I get a phone call within hours, but the excellent gentleman who dealt with me treated me like a treasured long time customer. I was more than satisfied and will actually seek out this company's products. What a delight to deal with these great people!
Great prices on items in bulk. There is a minimum order which makes it difficult to get small amounts but I'm sure it saves us on shipping in the long run. They have worked with me in multiple situations and seem happy to help even with special order products I couldn't find elsewhere. My only complaint is that if something is not in stock you have to pay attention to your invoice and reorder it next time because they cancel it without notification or option to send it out when it is in stock again.
