Cold Stone Creamery

I was happy to see that they still have cherry pie filling since I've been to several locations that don't have it anymore! We're lucky to have this Cold Stone in Lincoln City, always reliable for an ice cream treat rain or shine :)

Horrified that at this point in the pandemic businesses and employees are still not willing to be safe. We walked in hoping to order and we decided to walk out because the employees were not wearing gloves or their masks the right way (Over the nose) and as he was charging clients he touched the cash register, a pen, the clients credit card and he then proceeded to go back to touching ice cream cones/ helping the next clients without washing his hands!! Not safe during this time.

Ordered 3 cones and 1 cup. Messed up the entire order. None of the sizes were correct. None of them were in cones. I was very direct in my order. Disappointed.

I wish there was a Zero Stars for this location! They were very rude, tried to overcharge us. We were just trying to get two identical size ice creams. The lady scraped some of ice cream out of the cup and put it in a smaller one, then brought out her manager that was just as rude not offering any solutions to solve the problem we were experiencing and offered no apologies for her employees attitude and actions or her own. Never again will we return to this location!
