I loved the service I got. My 2017 Acura was transported to Fort Wayne in an enclosed cool trailer without any issues. The driver was a real good guy and big professional. I asked to do the enclosed transportation to avoid any issues that might happen on the road. Alex was on top of the operations.
I was provided with a good price for my car transport from Boston to Fort Wayne. They scheduled me before July 4th and picked up my car exactly on time. I am very happy with their customer service and transportation itself.
My shipping coordinator was great. The driver not so much, but I was so glad I had the other guy to call and get my updates from that I don't take stars out. The car got to me in good condition and practically on time, a half an hour late maybe. The company is on top of things, the drivers are recruited as I figured.
Let me start with the good: the dispatch people were amazing. Now bad: Earliest availability I told the company they can pick my vehicle up was September 13rd, the actual pick up of car-September 18th. The delivery was not door to door. The carrier explained to me why we had to meet at the lot. perfectly fine. Just I knew ahead of time.
Car made it to Florida just fine. The driver was supposed to pick my car up next morning from my place. Didn't happen. He rescheduled a new pickup date in 2 days at a location where he could get his truck into. I thought the pickup would be easier.
