Very great experience from beginning to end. Jeff Rice has been very helpful for us and showed us five-star customer service! He even lend his personal dolly to help us with our moving. Sad I wont get to see him anymore. Such a nice guy! Would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage because of him. Thanks so much Jeff, you're the best!

Very clean. Jeff was great to work with.nnWe have been using this storage unit since January of 2020. We have been very pleased with the unit and just recently moved out of the unit. Jeff has been a pleasure to work with. He has always been courteous and helpful anytime we needed anything. Will use this storage facility again if needed.

Everything from first rental, moving things in and out, and stopping the rental could not have been smoother. I always felt safe no matter what time I was there. Jeff was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Stopped in to see what they were building in the the old parking lot. They are building over 500 more storage places. Business is good they said, I thought they were locally owed but they are a S&P 500 company with 2000 stores. I was impressed.

We had to rent space sooner than we had planned and had only a couple of days to do it. After visiting other facilities, we came to Extra Space Storage, where we were treated very well and where we were impressed with the clean and secure indoor facility.nnHaving rented space since January (upgrading from a 5' x 5' to a 10' x 10 along the way)', we completed our move and vacated our space last week. We have nothing but good things to say about Extra Space Storage and especially Jeff, the representative who served us. We would not hesitate to recommend your facility to anyone, and if we ever have such a need again, there is no question where we will turn. Thank you for helping us when we needed it the most and for giving us a very good experience in a situation that could easily have become a night
