Kohl's

Today, my husband and I were out looking for an everyday necklace for me for Christmas. So we know that jewelry at Kohl's this time of year is on sale but we were not expecting to walk out with what we did. We waited around and looked and looked waiting patiently for close to 10 minutes. There was one older gal who was not very friendly and we were ready to leave until my husband walked up to me with another woman working the counter. Her name is Teri. I can't say enough about her. Her customer service was spectacular. I pointed out a few necklaces that I wanted and before we continued she was nice enough to help me download the app and on top of the sale we used two more coupons. Needless to say we walked out with two necklaces and a chain for half the cost we were expecting to spend on one necklace. She was so friendly and really knew what she was talking about. Thank you, Teri. You helped make this holiday even more special. You're kind and have so much patience. I hope you have a very Merry Christmas. You're helping to make others just as Merry.

There are good deals to be had. However, dressing rooms are currently closed, so I will probably have some items to return.
