Very poor customer service from Nick,, When we first got there a couple was already cussing him out thinking they were the weirdos he approached us with 0 respect and nothing but attitude. I told him I didn't appreciate his actions and he completely blew up like a child... Beware of the old bald employee named nick other than him the other employees were satisfactory.
Good service. Knowledgeable staff person. The assistant manger was great.
This is not location specific and most of their shop employees are cool and professional but for a company as big as T-Mobile that prides itself on customer service...they sure wont think twice about ripping you off and seeing it through. Needless to say, CHECK THE FINE PRINT OF EVERY CONTRACT YOU SIGN WITH THEM!!!...
