I had to get some copies made. The workers were helpful and friendly. I also bought some stamps so that was nice too.
Wanted to buy a gaming chair that was on sale during covid. They didn’t have any in store and said they couldn’t get any from the warehouse. Then I found out if I wanted the USED floor model that had a stain on it I had to pay an extra $12 for an assembly fee. Pay extra.... for a used chair..... during covid. What!!! Absolutely a complete joke for customer service. My purchase just went to amazon
This is a standard office supply chain store. If you are an office depot plus member you get great deals on lots of things. They do recycle ink printer cartridges. You earn cash for them. Sign up it's free.
Great place to pick up office supplies. Friendly and knowledgeable Associates asked me many times that they can help me find anything. And they did!
What is wrong with the people/management at this store? They don't answer the phone!nNeeded to discuss print services, so I called the Print/Copy services number multiple times, and they won't pick up the phone even after about 20 rings, so I tried calling the main number and experienced the same thing.nnThis is the absolute definition of crappy customer service.
