Great store, great people, great service. I've been with sprint for years and T-Mobile has only improved the company overall. The customer service is great and transparent, and the deals are unbeatable! I would recommend T-Mobile to everyone!

Sprint has the worst possible service. I have been severely impacted by covid 19 and have had to call them 3 times to restore my service after being told my service would not be interrupted due to me being impacted by covid 19. Yet I have to call to restore my service once again even when I have both emails and text messages stating my service was good until 5/30/20. Yet again shut off. Better off going elsewhere. Reccomend going to another carrier as I will be doing

Well I had Sprint years ago, and was hopeful. I use their Cool Pad Surf hotspot, and it works pretty good. So I tried a new Samsung A50, bummer. After using a Moto g7 Optimo Maxx for a year, I was spoiled. The G7 is just so easy, I love the screen, the ease of use, the intuitiveness of it.nSprint's service was terrible, and I came from Straight Talk. Who, on occasion, makes Cricket look good.nBack to the hell I know.nOn a happy note, the girls behind the counter are great. :/
