Really nice friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 5 star hotel.
They were the designated delivery company for a replacement Whirlpool washing machine. They called on a Tuesday and said they would deliver Wednesday (not much notice!). They said we needed to disassemble the old stacking washer in advance.nnWe did that and also booked a service elevator for the building. Waited around all day and no one showed up. We reassembled the washer (tenanted unit). They called again Thursday and said they would deliver Friday. Again, we disassembled the washer and booked an elevator.nnThey showed up on Friday and when the drivers went to look in the truck, they were shocked that they didn't have our washer! They said they would check with the head office and call us back - no one called us back.nnWe have been calling them all day Friday and today (Saturday) and only get directed to a voice mailbox after 30 minutes of waiting on hold.nnWe now have a washer and dryer sitting in the middle of our tenant's apartment as we have no idea what is going on and if/when the new washer is coming.nnWhat a disaster. Wish I could give this company negative stars.
Super place great people and wonderful place to earn good money, lots of opportunities.
I wish I found this job 15 years ago. Great support enjoy the customers. Not having to meet ungodly show times for shippers and receivers. Finally get paid for the work I do. Thank you on top of all that the wife enjoys the settlement checks she's happy.
