Courtney was exceptional !!! My husband and I picked up new iPhones last night at the Verizon on Jefferson. Courtney didn’t just hand them to us and send us on our way. She activated both phones, transferred data and helped us with EVERYTHING. She worked with us for a long time, until everything was working smoothly on both phones. During that time multiple people came in & she was able to work with everyone while remaining attentive to everyone. I don’t know how she did it all!!! She was never rattled, was very professional, friendly and a joy to work with!!! Thank You for everything you did.
