This was some of the best customer service I have ever received! Polite, patient and informative. I went in to upgrade my phone since they had the device I wanted in stock, but I had already started an order at another place and had to cancel it before I could begin the process. The manager, Sierra, took care of all this. Her co-worker was great as well. Upgrades normally take 2-3 hours at the place I normally go, NOT HERE! Even after going above and beyond to get my account in order it only took about 45 minutes. I will definitely return here for future needs!

Great bunch of people stayed past closing time to get us going on the new phones we got my galaxy s9 kinda sucks battery lasted 2 and a half days on a charge now it updated and will not even last 16 hours sprint says they can not fix it it's a Samsung issue and it's nothing they can do

This store is absolutely wonderful, the manager Sierra and the assistant manager Anna are both wonderful people who are always willing to go above and beyond to help their customers.

This store is the best location. Super helpful, and put up with me disabling my phone and sitting for an hour to reset my phone. Jonah was awesome!
