My husband and I continue to have the worst experience at this Dunkin every time we come.nYesterday they took my order made, I paid and then they made me pull to the front. After 15 min I went inside and they had totally forgotten about me! My husband went and they were totally out of donuts! I rather drive to Jefferson Blvd their service is much better

I WOULD GIVE IT LESS THAN 1 STAR IF I COULD. EVERY EMPLOYEE WAS RUDE AND HAD NO CLUE WHAT THEY WERE DOING. IT TOOK FOREVER TO COMPLETE A SIMPLE ORDER. I SUGGEST THE GET NEW MANAGEMENT..

This location has some of the rudest employees I’ve ever experienced. If you hate your job that much at least try not to ruin the customers’ days too.nThere were a male and female working on 9/7/20 in the evening that were the problem.

Now if you work fast food this is a lesson to always great every customer...Conner was so nice and honest. He mistakenly made my coffee wrong and fessed up to me. And then apologized. When I walked in the door I didn't see him but I saw a blonde about 40, she was very rude. I stood at the counter about two minutes she saw me and she did not say a word. I felt ignored, so I said hello. She then snapped at me saying she was helping someone in drive thru. Her approach was so rude. She just should have said she would help me in a minute. I then was done and left. I had explained to my kid that if she ever works fast food to make sure to say hi ud83dudc4b to every customer. It may be some one like her mom who does reviews of good places and bad. More than likely all reviews or only done if a service is enjoyable or hated and it is better to be the first. **only conner gets these stars. * the lady gets a negative 5
