We had a move this past weekend. The manager upgraded us to a bigger truck and gave us an additional day after a mistake we made on our end. We will continue our business with U-Haul for any future moving needs.

This business should not BE in business. As if moving was not a headache enough, renting from this place will only ADD to your headaches. Specifically ordered a utility dolly when I picked up the rental, and they assured me I was all set to go, and when I got to my destination shock-shock no utility dolly. The uhaul I was given made sounds from the engine that I am pretty sure should not be happening and I expected it to die at any given moment. Phone service when calling in is horrible, the staff just.......don't even get me started, might as well have all automated services for as pleasant and knowledgeable as the staff is there. Run don't walk away from this place unless you are a glutton for punishment. Would have gave it minus stars if it would have offered it

Absolutely terrible service. I was told a truck was available by a fort wayne location, just to be called 2 hours later from regional manager saying truck wont be wont be available. Terrible business model to allow employees to offer a service just to have a manager revoke such offer.

We have rented numerous trailers and trucks from u haul, but now that you decided to ban one of my favorite youtubers, cleetus mcfarland, we will be going elsewhere.

On hold for 16 minutes and still holding. Finally hung up and called Penske. They answered right away and were able to meet AND BEAT my initial quote from UHaul by almost $300, but I've been using uhaul for years, so I tried to give you another chance to give me at least a matching quote. I've called 3 seperate locations 3 seperate times today. EVERY time, I was met with a LONG wait and ended hanging up at 16 minutes of waiting to even speak with someone.
